Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Large and heavy items may be shipped through Navis Pack or LTL freight carrier under separate shipping quotation.

We will combine multiple items that have been purchased and the discounted shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process. The discounted shipping is automatically calculated at checkout by adding the total weight of the items purchased and considering it as one package with that weight.

We are currently shipping items every Friday. You will be e-mailed package tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Buyers have the option to pick up the item in our boutique located at 5402 Middle Fiskville Road, Austin, Texas. Texas residents may also by pay by cash, check or credit card for the item upon pickup. Please contact Austin Canine Central prior to picking up the item, so that we may assure it is transferred to the boutique from our storage facility before you arrive.

Returns

All items are guaranteed to arrive as described and/or pictured in the listing, with refunds cheerfully granted if the item received is materially different than as listed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, if you are unsure of something about an item, please ask questions about the item before purchasing; we don't bite!

We want you to be confident that all your questions have been answered before you purchase. Please notify Austin Canine Central as soon as possible regarding the return of an item and please allow us to resolve any issues prior to writing a review. Items being returned are subject to inspection prior to issuance of a refund.

Please note:

If Austin Canine Central is not contacted regarding a return within 3 days of buyer receipt of the item, business between Austin Canine Central and the buyer will be considered complete.
